Art Enables: Outsider Art Inside the Beltway
Art Enables is a studio and gallery for emerging artists with developmental and/or mental disabilities in the Washington, DC, area. Artists receive 60% of revenue from sales of their work. The balance goes to cover framing and presentation costs. Art Enables generates no operating funds from sales.
